Fun Time Thailand provides a platform for Members, Companions, and Agents to connect for companionship services in Thailand. We do not endorse or verify the content of user profiles and encourage users to exercise caution and discretion.

Code of Conduct

Users agree to abide by a code of conduct that ensures respectful and lawful interactions. Any form of harassment, offensive behavior, or illegal activities will result in the immediate termination of the account.

Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. Users are required to settle payments in cash, as online payment methods are not supported. Fun Time Thailand does not process online payments. Your financial information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fun Time Thailand or its licensors. Users are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

Termination of Account

Fun Time Thailand reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions, illegal activities, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the Platform.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically, and continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Fun Time Thailand will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Thailand Arbitration Association.
